Why is DaySupport free?

DaySupport is a new helpdesk application built for small businesses, startups and indie hackers. Our mission is to provide all the features that is required to support your customers successfully. As a person managing your business you do not have to upgrade to a higher plan for a specific feature.

As we are new in the market we are offering DaySupport at free of cost for a limited period of time so that it is easy for a prospective customer to vet us in their process of choosing a customer support software.

After you signup you get access to all the features of DaySupport for 30 days. We want to make sure that you can get DaySupport working to your satisfaction before we ask you for your credit card.

DaySupport has a single plan with a flat price.

Is my data safe?

We take security seriously. Our Servers are hosted in Tier 1 data centers and are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. Our Network is secured with an enterprise-class firewall and all DaySupport plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.

Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?

No. DaySupport is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

DaySupport is a pay-as-you-go service with a single plan. There is no need to upgrade or downgrade DaySupport subscription. You have one plan at a straight forward price with all the features that you will ever need to run a successful customer support process.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept Purchase Orders or accept an order over the phone.
