Our Story

We are a bunch of tech entrepreneurs who got together to build a very affordable helpdesk software.

The first ticketing software that we used was Request Tracker. We loved the product but it had a huge learning curve in setting it up, configuring.

Freshdesk and Zendesk are the most recent helpdesk applications that we have used but unfortunately they are quite expensive for small businesses and startups. They are very expensive.

Most of the core features that small businesses need to successfully support customers is part of their most expensive plans.

So we decided to build an affordable helpdesk application.
