What is DaySupport?

DaySupport is a set of Helpdesk APIs that can be used to build your own custom helpdesk software helpdesk software. Alternatively you can also use our open source frontend applications to start with.


What does Helpdesk APIs mean?

Helpdesk APIs are REST APIs that together offer the features of a helpdesk software. Helpdesk APIs can be used to build your own helpdesk application or can integrate with your existing workflow and applications to offer a seamless customer support experience to your customers.


Does that mean DaySupport does not have a web interface?

Our enterprise plan comes with an in-built web interface. For all other plans the open source frontend applications can be used for a user interface. You can check our pricing page for more information.


What is the difference between DaySupport and other helpdesk applications?

DaySupport was built with REST API first principle. This means that all features of DaySupport are offered as public APIs which our customers can use to extend and customize their helpdesk application.


Is my data safe with DaySupport?

We take data security very seriously. We do not process or sell your data in any way. Your data is always your data.


What are the policies and procedures regarding data storage?

We have implemented encryption for data at rest and transit. The servers are protected with firewall rules to prevent unauthorized access Only 2 limited people have access to the infrastructure


Will I be able to take the data out of DaySupport?

All features in DaySupport are built as REST APIs and these APIs can be used to bring data in and also to take data out. We do not restrict you on how you should use the APIs.


Can I pay via invoice?

Yes you can pay by invoice. Please inform the same at the time of billing and we will send you an invoice for you to pay.


How long do we store the data?

Your data is stored on our servers for as long as you want. We do not ask you to delete the data. But if you want to delete your data then you can go ahead and raise a support ticket with us and will get it done for you.


I want to whitelist DaySupport in our firewall, which IP do you use?
